Paradise Dynasty: A Journey into Chinese Cuisine

To say I LOVE to EAT is an understatement. I have lived in Thailand for 3 years And for the past couple of years I have been traveling to China and fell in love with the different regional Chinese cuisines.

But sadly most of the Chinese restaurants here fall short of what authentic Chinese food really tastes like. Then I found out about Paradise Dynasty.

They recently opened in SM Aura which is a location near my place.

They were showcasing their signature Xiao Long Bao, mind you I have had Xiao Long Bao in Shanghai And they have a lot to measure up against. We tried the different flavored Xiao Long Bao, I have to tell you that they did not only live up to the ones I had in China but they exceeded it. The subtle flavors and the light broth was an explosion of tastes in my mouth. This by far is the best Xiao Long Bao I have ever had anywhere, up to that point in time, but that is about to change.

We next had the branch signature dish the Chilli Crab Xiao Long Bao. I quietly said to myself that how can this top the last set. But it did the Crab taste in the broth and in the dumpling was divine. The broth was light but gives you the amazing taste that lingers in your mouth. Now I have a new standard to measure all other Xiao Long Bao dumplings against.

The next entrés we had was also divine. The aromatic flavor of spices filled the room the Spicy Chicken was heavenly, not too Spicy but gives you that heat that comes from the freshly ground peppercorns.

We also sampled a lot more delectable dishes from Spicy pork and stir-fried beef each one better than the next.

The dessert we had was charcoal custard dumpling, which is not a surprise to me, is another amazing dish.

This is the first time I write a review about a restaurant, I usually just eat and forget most of the restaurants I have been to. But Paradise Dynasty really stands out and is at par or even exceeds the flavors of authentic Chinese food.

The Verdict: I am definitely giving Paradise Dynasty Top Marks if I can rate it 7 stars I would. I will be definitely be coming back here with my family. I will be also recommending this to my friends and all of you who are reading this review.
