Nokia 9 Pure View Image and Leaked just before CES
Things are looking bright for the brand the once dominated the mobile phone business in the late 90s to the 2000s. Photos have leaked of a five camera Nokia 9 Pure View ahead of the CES 2019 show.
The Nokia 9 PureView is similar to the existing Nokia 8 Sirocco until you look at the back, you can’t miss wild penta-lens setup capable of five simultaneous shots and claims of improved efficiency in low-light situations and the ability to re-focus images after they’re taken. HMD also appears to be including a 5.99-inch “PureDisplay” with support for HDR10 and an in-display fingerprint reader. The Nokia 9 PureView is rumored to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. This is pure speculation at this point since there has been no official word coming from Nokia.
HMD acquired the PureView brand from Microsoft earlier last year and has teamed with Zeiss to reunite the Nokia and Zeiss brands to create new Android devices. it is not yet clear whether the phone will be launched in February at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona or in January at the CES in Las Vegas. This is exciting times for the Nokia brand as this will be the first-ever penta-lens camera out in the market.
