During the HUAWEI Service Giving Season, Celebrate Big Savings on Service of HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers are offering free labor for out-of-warranty repair services. Customers only need to pay for parts replacement based on the repair quotation. There is no limit on the number of devices a customer can have repaired, although each device can only be repaired once during the promotional period.
Additionally, customers who have their HUAWEI phones repaired during this season will receive a free tempered glass screen protector, with free installation provided by HUAWEI Service Center personnel. This offer applies to select HUAWEI phone models.
For those who purchased HUAWEI laptop units within the last five years and require a factory system reinstallation, a free System Reinstallation service is available. Customers should back up their data before sending in their devices to avoid accidental data loss. This service is offered at select HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers with PC Product support.
Furthermore, customers availing any of the free repair services during the HUAWEI Service Giving Season will receive gift vouchers worth PHP 500 or PHP 800. The PHP 500 vouchers can be redeemed for purchases of at least PHP 6,000 on Shopee, Lazada, and the HUAWEI Online Store. The PHP 800 vouchers are valid for minimum purchases of PHP 10,000 on the HUAWEI Online Store. These vouchers are single-use and valid until December 31.
Discounted Repair Services
In addition to free services, the HUAWEI Service Giving Season includes discounted repair services for HUAWEI users. During this period, customers can have their laptop mainboards repaired for only PHP 4,999. Initial inspections and tests will be conducted by HUAWEI Service Center personnel to verify eligibility. This offer is exclusively available at the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center at HighPoint Service Network, located at the GMG Building, President Quirino Avenue Extension, Paco, Manila.
HUAWEI users can also benefit from discounted battery replacement services, starting at PHP 699. Spare parts are subject to availability on a “First Come, First Serve” basis. This offer is available for select HUAWEI devices at Authorized Service Centers nationwide.
