Ant-Man and the Wasp Pint Sized Review
Ant-Man and the Wasp Pint Sized Review
Big things come in small packages and in the case of Marvel Studios latest offering, Ant-man and the Wasp the movie truly delivers.
We recently watched the movie, this will be a non-spoiler review and will be discussing the movie on its’ merits and shortcomings. The movie will definitely suffer from being the first Marvel movie coming after the massively successful Avengers: Infinity War. The entire cast of the first Ant-man reprises their role, Paul Rudd returns as Scott Lange, the movie happens simultaneously with the events of Infinity War and two years after Captain America Civil war. The plot focuses on relationships, between family, friends, and co-workers. The movie does indeed deliver the humor that has made the first Ant-Man with fast and crisp banter between the main protagonists. Michael Pena reprises his role and delivers another flashback the fans were clamoring since the first Ant-man.
The on-screen chemistry between Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lily’s character is fun and fresh. Add to it the quips of Michael Douglas’ character as the father figure definitely delivers a lot of hilarious moments. the three misfits from the first movie deliver the comic relief, perfect on-screen timing. The movie definitely suffers from following such as massive hit as Marvel movie fans will be expecting a lot more from the movie. The movie also suffers from some slow and dragging points. But I thoroughly enjoyed the movie with the good and bad points. In true Marvel fashion due stay for the end Credits. The end credits will answer some of the questions that you may have when you were watching the Avengers: Infinity War this movie will definitely tie in with the main Marvel Cinematic Universe.
