AFAD Launches the 28th Defense and Sporting Arms Show
Showcasing the best line of imported and locally made firearms and related accessories AFAD, the industry association, brings back the biggest and best Defense and Sporting Arms Show. Now on its’ 28th exhibition. The event happens on November 24 to 28 2022.
AFAD President Hagen Topacio and the group has been vigorously campaigning to bring back the luster to the industry to pre pandemic levels. Since the easing of restrictions there has been a lot exhibits and conventions happening around the Metro.
“The Association of Firearms and Ammunition Dealers of the Philippines Inc. (AFAD) is excited anew to showcase world-class locally made and imported firearms, ammunition and paraphernalia once again after three years.” said Topacio.
Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa a former PNP Chief and an Avid firearm aficionado graced the opening of the exhibit. This has been a tradition since the July when the exhibit came back after the pandemic hiatus.
There are a lot of new and exciting activities are in the line up during the five day event as well as the usual exhibitors. This means a lot more activities for new and upcoming enthusiasts. There will also be seminars that will focus on responsible gun ownership and firearms safety handling and regulations.
This has been by far one of the biggest Defense and Sporting Arms show I have been to. The Defense industry locally has been steadily growing thru out the years. It is only a matter of time to return back to pre-pandemic levels.
