Advanced Technology Backed by Collaboration
Power-on-Wheels is developed in partnership with Power Up Tech (P.UP), a mobile EVCS company operating in Singapore, Malaysia, and other Asian countries. With P.UP’s proven technology and expertise, POW delivers fast DC charging with a capacity of up to 120 kWh. Compatible with vehicles equipped with CCS2 plugs, the service supports both full Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and select plug-in hybrids.
Accessible Charging Across Metro Manila
POW is initially deployed in select areas in Makati, Mandaluyong, and Taguig, addressing the lack of fixed infrastructure in many communities. This service is tailored for condo dwellers, homeowners, employees, and businesses in alignment with the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA).
As ACMobility expands its reach, POW will soon be available across wider areas in the country. Bookings for the service can easily be made through the Evro App, ACMobility’s eMobility Service Provider partner, which consolidates the EV charging experience nationwide into a single platform.
Flexible Subscription Plans for Every Need
POW’s subscription packages are designed to cater to different charging habits and vehicle sizes:
- Light Duty for occasional users.
- Commuter for daily drivers.
- High Miler for EV owners who need regular, frequent charging.
Each plan includes car care services for added convenience. Users can also opt for POW-ups, which allow top-ups and add-on vehicle services, enhancing the overall charging experience.
How to Book and Subscribe
Subscribing to POW is simple through the Evro App:
- Link Membership: Navigate to “Profile,” select ACMobility Membership under “Link Memberships.”
- Choose a Plan: View available POW subscription offers and select the one that fits your needs
- Payment: Complete the registration form and proceed to payment to finalize your plan.
Booking a visit is just as easy:
- Select Booking: Go to the ACMobility Membership Homepage and click “Book Now” under your chosen plan.
- Enter Details: Specify your preferred location, time, and add-ons.
Bookings must be made at least three hours in advance, with technicians verifying the vehicle and battery level upon arrival. To maximize charging sessions, vehicles are charged to 80% capacity and require a minimum 20% battery state to be serviced.

To celebrate the launch, ACMobility is offering the POW3000 promo, granting users a ₱3,000 discount on their first subscription plan.
