Flamethrowers… Err… Not Flamethrowers…

We recently reported that Elon Musk’s “The Boring Company” recently sold over 20,000 units of flamethrowers at USD 500 a pop. We there seems to be a snag in their plans to ship their flamethrowers with different customs agencies refusing to ship flamethrowers.

Elon tweeted that a rebrand might b necessary in order to clear this red flag and the company be able to ship their “Flamethrower” somewhere in quarter 2 2018.

Currently there are already some Assemblyman in Los Angeles seeking legislation to ban the the flamethrowers, but for now there has been nothing that can stop Elon from shipping the “flamethrowers”.
