The BYD Seal Advanced exemplifies BYD’s commitment to providing efficient and accessible electric mobility in the Philippine market. Distinguished by its 18-inch alloy wheels, this new variant is powered by a robust 61.4 kWh Blade Battery, delivering an impressive driving range of 510 kilometers (NEDC). The integration of advanced Cell-to-Body technology seamlessly embeds the Blade Battery into the vehicle’s structure, enhancing safety and reducing weight for optimal performance.
Sporting a rear-wheel drive setup, the BYD Seal Advanced is equipped with a rear-mounted 203 PS Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, generating 310 Nm of torque. This power allows the electric sedan to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.5 seconds, providing a dynamic yet smooth driving experience.
Charging convenience is a highlight of the BYD Seal Advanced. With a 110 kW DC fast-charging rate, the battery can be recharged from 30% to 80% in only 30 minutes. For routine use, its 7kW AC charging system ensures a full charge from 0% to 100% in approximately 12 hours, making overnight home charging ideal. These flexible options cater to an electric-powered lifestyle, combining extended range with daily practicality.

Inside, the cabin is a blend of class and comfort, featuring a full-leather interior with suede inserts. The amenities include a 10-speaker sound system, wireless charging, keyless entry with Near-Field Communication (NFC), Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, and an 8-way power driver’s seat paired with a 6-way power passenger seat.
Safety is paramount in the Seal Advanced, equipped with the Di-Pilot Advanced Driver-Assistance System. The new BYD Seal Advanced is priced at PHP 1,998,000 and comes with an 8-year or 160,000-km warranty for the BYD Blade Battery, an 8-year or 150,000-km drive unit warranty, and a 6-year or 150,000-km vehicle warranty.
