MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has been honored as Southeast Asia’s top brand for 2024 by Campaign Asia-Pacific in partnership with Milieu Insight. Additionally, Samsung has been named the leading electronics brand in the region for this year. The prestigious Southeast Asia Top 50 brands list for 2024 highlights the brands that lead in consumer mindshare across the region.
Samsung’s position at the pinnacle of these rankings underscores its dedication to innovation, exceptional product quality, and robust brand strength. With an overall score of 69.27%, Samsung stands a few points ahead of the next leading brand in the electronics sector. This achievement is bolstered by Samsung’s top rankings in five key markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Furthermore, Samsung garnered the highest brand awareness score of 89% across Southeast Asia, along with top marks for quality, trust, and innovation.

Comprehensive Consumer Survey
The rankings were unveiled during the recent Campaign360 event in Singapore, following an extensive survey of over 10,000 consumers across six Southeast Asian markets, namely Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore. The survey tracked over 1,200 brands across 10 sectors including fashion, travel, apparel & accessories, financial services, beauty, telcos & streaming, e-commerce, transport & delivery, automotive, and food delivery. Brands were assessed based on nine key attributes: awareness, purchase, quality, buying experience, customer service, trustworthiness, innovation, brand touchpoints, and advocacy.
